Founder and Head Technician Sam Gilman has been servicing pianos in the Boston area since 2004.  A Piano Technician's Guild member since 2006, Sam has been one of the primary Piano Technicians at the prestigious Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory since 2006.   Sam has also received training at the Little Red School House and the Performance Piano Service Workshop at Yamaha Corporate Headquarters in Buena Park, CA; the Oberlin Steinway Institute at Oberlin Conservatory in Ohio and the Steinway Touch Weight, Action Regulation, Voicing, and Damper Regulation Seminars at the Steinway Factory in New York City.  He has also tuned and regulated for such world famous pianists as Kenny Werner, Danilo Perez as well as for renowned recording studios, such as the Record Company, Q Division, and Mix One.  Sam has had experience tuning and repairing all types of pianos, from the oldest and smallest spinet to brand new Steinway Grands.  He prides himself on punctuality, honest service, and always leaving the customer satisfied with state of their piano.
